Shipping Policy

 

Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. central time will ship same-day via UPS or other ground service. Most orders will arrive within 2 business days.

 

For orders of medical supplies placed online, the following flat rate shipping and handling rates apply:

*Applies to online orders for medical supplies as well as orders for forms, charting, and professional resources products that also include medical supplies.  Continental U.S. Only.  Excludes drop-shipped and special-ordered items.  

 

Shipping and handling for orders for forms, charting, and professional resources products that do not include medical supplies will be determined based on actual freight charges incurred.

 

Expedited and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. 

 

 

Return Policy

 

Briggs is committed to providing you with quality merchandise. 

 

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being accepted. Please call Customer Service at 1.800.247.2343 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.  Briggs does not accept returns without an RMA number.

 

 

Returned Merchandise Conditions:

 

Defective merchandise, including defective custom-manufactured merchandise, may be returned for replacement or credit. Briggs will pay return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

 

Non-defective, in-stock merchandise may be returned for full credit within thirty (30) days of invoice date. In-stock merchandise returned within 31-60 days from invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must also be in original, unmarked packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Drop-shipped merchandise and special-ordered merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit based on the manufacturer's return policy. There will be a 20% handling fee, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Merchandise returned for credit over sixty (60) days past invoice date will not be accepted.

 

Discontinued, Closeout, Expired Merchandise, or merchandise with expiration dates less than 90 days will not be accepted.

 

Custom-manufactured merchandise that is not defective may not be returned, including errors due to customer-approved artwork specifications.
