CMS Releases Clarification on Nursing Homes and Medicare Part D
The
CMS memorandum clarifies residents’ rights regarding choice of a prescription
drug plan and pharmacy provider, the nursing homes’ responsibility to provide
drugs to residents and State Survey Agencies’ responsibilities with respect to
