Revisions to Appendix PP Guidance to Surveyors for Long-Term Care Facilities

This revision includes interpretive guidelines, an investigative protocol and severity guidance for 42 CFR 483.25 (h)(1) and (2) Accidents. This information is intended to replace all current text contained in the Guidance to Surveyors for current Tags F323 and F324.
