Regulatory Quarterly Update and Washington Update
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Quarterly Provider Update (QPU) is available. By publishing this Update, CMS intends to make it easier for providers, suppliers and the general public to understand the changes they are proposing or making in the programs administered (for example, Medicare, Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
CMS publishes this Update at the beginning of each quarter to inform the public about the following:
- Regulations and major policies currently under development
during this quarter. - Regulations and major policies completed or cancelled.
- New/Revised manual instructions.
