How to Order Online   

At Briggs, we strive to make your ordering process easy and pain-free. Our shopping experience at BriggsCorp.com is designed with you in mind. To find and purchase items online, simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Login to the site
To purchase from BriggsCorp.com, you must have an assigned username and password. If you do not have a username and password, contact our customer service department at 1.877.307.1744.

From BriggsCorp.com, simply click Order Products at the top of the page. After the Briggs shopping web site loads, enter your username and password into the text boxes at the top left of the screen and click sign in. Once you reach the initial login page, select your desired ship to location from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Locate your products
For your convenience, products can be located in the following ways:
Already know the product number? Enter the number in the item search box on
the left and click go.
Have a specific product in mind, but don’t know the number? Click Advanced
Search on the left, then enter your search criteria and click Search. Items can be
searched by any combination of two criteria including Product ID, Short
Description, Long Description, Specifications, Features or Manufacturer. Be sure
to indicate if you are looking for any or exact results.
Prefer to browse through the complete list of products? Click on Online Catalog
on the left, then navigate the product categories and sub-categories until you
find what you are looking for.
Want to duplicate a previous order? Click Account Tools and then click Past
Orders. Select the order you want to duplicate and click Reorder to add it to your shopping cart. Or, if you would like to view the order before choosing to reorder,
select the order and click View Order Detail. Then, click Reorder to add it to your shopping cart. You may continue shopping for other items using the methods in
step 2 or proceed to step 4.
Want to order from your list of frequently ordered items? Click on Account Tools
and then click List Maintenance. Select the list you wish to order from and click
Add List to Cart. You may continue shopping for other items using the methods
in step 2 or proceed to step 4. For more information about creating lists, see
Setting up a list under features.
Still can’t find what you are looking for? Contact our customer service

Step 3: Add products to your cart
After locating your products, you may view item details by clicking on the item number. To add your desired items to your shopping cart, enter the quantity and then click Add To Cart.

Step 4: Review your cart
Click on View Cart/Check Out at the top of the screen. If you wish to change your items, make your desired alterations and click Update Cart. If you want to add additional items, click Continue Shopping.

Step 5: Check out
When you are satisfied with your order, click Proceed To Check Out.

Step 6: Review your shipping and billing information
Verify your Bill To and Ship To address. Enter your PO and shipping information. If desired, you may also enter up to two email addresses in addition to the standard account email address that will receive the order confirmation.

Step 7: Submit your order
Send your order to Briggs Corporation securely by clicking Confirm Order. You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately via email. In about 15 minutes you will receive an order confirmation email that will contain your order number, pricing and backorder status. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Setting up a list
If you wish to setup a list of frequently ordered items, click on List Maintenance and then click Add List. Enter a List Name and List Description in the space provided. Locate the items you want to add using the methods in step 2. Enter the quantity typically ordered and click Add To List. On the next screen, select the list and the item, enter a custom item number if desired and click Add Items.

Viewing sample products
Most of the products on BriggsCorp.com have an image of the actual product. To see a larger version, click on the image. To return to the ordering screen, click your browser’s back button.

Viewing sample forms
For your convenience we have posted many of our forms on BriggsCorp.com so you can print a sample from your computer. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer to complete this action. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download the program free at www.adobe.com.

To print a sample form, click Sample Form below the form image. After the sample form opens in Adobe Acrobat, click File and select Print. To return to the ordering screen, click your browser’s back button.

Ordering drop-ship artwork and custom products
Many of our drop-ship artwork and custom products can not be ordered from BriggsCorp.com because it is custom, made-to-order merchandise. To order these items, please call our customer service department at 1.877.307.1744.
