Q: What if I don’t have an account with Briggs?
A: If you are ordering from this web site for the first time, a knowledgeable Briggs Representative will gladly help you with all credit qualification details. Contact us for assistance.

Ordering Inquiries

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my order?
A: Every order you receive should meet your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, notify us within the terms of our Return Policy and we’ll replace your unsatisfactory merchandise, issue a full credit or refund your money in full.

Q: What if my order is damaged or part of the order is missing?
A: Any visible damage to the boxes should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery record at the time of receipt. Then contact the carrier to request an inspection of
the damage.

Important tip: Always open every box as soon as you receive it and inspect the contents to determine if you received the proper merchandise in the quantity ordered. A packing slip is enclosed with each order to assist you. It is the responsibility of the receiver to promptly notify Briggs of incorrect shipments or shortages. Due to Briggs multi-location shipping system, it is possible that parts of your order may be received on different days.

Q: What if I’m not sure what I’m looking for?
A: Just call us toll-free at 1.877.307.1744 and a knowledgeable Briggs Representative will answer your questions. We’ll check inventory, pricing and shipping status as well as confirm your order all while you’re on the phone.

Q: Can I receive samples?
A: If you’re not sure about a product or need to see it close up, Briggs can help. Just ask for a FREE sample and we’ll be glad to send one to you. When you’re completely satisfied, call us at 1.877.307.1744 and place your order. Some restrictions apply.

Q: Do you accept special orders?
A: When you have a request for a special order or service, we’re here to help. We’ll work with you on special shipping details like separate billing and shipping addresses, a special type of delivery or split shipments. If you need an item that isn’t listed in our catalog, we will do everything we can to locate it for you. Call 1.877.307.1744 to talk with a Briggs Representative.

Shipping Questions

Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Your Briggs Representative can quote shipping charges. Whenever you order $300 or more of Briggs in-stock items, your entire order ships FREIGHT FREE (continental US only). Order your medical supplies, documentation systems and any other Briggs products on the same order—if the total exceeds $300, your entire order ships FREIGHT FREE via UPS or other ground service. Not applicable to drop-ship items.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: At Briggs we don’t keep you waiting! With our nationwide, computerized distribution system, when you place an order by 4 p.m. Central Time you can be sure it will ship that same day via UPS or other ground service. Our five fully stocked regional distribution centers strategically located across the country ensure most orders will arrive in no more than 2 days.

Q: What if I need my order to be shipped sooner?
A: When you need something overnight, we can have your purchases shipped via UPS Air for next-day delivery for a nominal fee. Simply call our toll-free order number by 4 p.m. Central Time, tell the Briggs Representative what you need and ask for next-day delivery. We will be happy to quote you a shipping price and expedite your order.

Q: What if you are out of the item I need?
A: In the event that we are temporarily out of an item, our on-line ordering system enables us to inform you immediately at the time you place your order—not when the packing slip arrives. You can be assured we are securing the new inventory as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: If you belong to an ownership or voluntary group purchasing organization, you may be eligible to receive special net contract pricing and/or discounts on our products, deducted automatically when you place your order. A: Briggs professional Customs Department can design and produce a cost-effective product or solution exclusively for you.
