The helpful staff in the customer service and ordering department have always been very helpful with helping me to find products and making sure that I knew where to locate a sample if needed, and getting me the product in a timely manner, and also notifying me of updates. The guides and materials have been acceptable during the survey process, and the surveyors are always impressed by the staff use of the material. The ease of understanding how to use a form, and compliance is 100% when introduced, many of which have made the job of myself and the staff much more efficient.

internet but if I ever had a question I can call the toll free number and
someone is always there to help me with my questions. I also love how fast

I have been ordering health care items from Briggs for 3 1/2 years
now and have always had great service. Every sales tech that has been assigned
to my region has been very nice and helpful. They always answer all of my
questions. If they don't happen to have a particular item I am looking for, they
are good at suggesting alternatives. I love the fact that you get free shipping
with orders over $300. I have put in orders that came close et the sales person
would stay on the line with me so I could pick out something else to round my
order off. They are also good at letting me know what items are on sale or
clearance. My orders are always delivered fast and they are always correct. I
really enjoy working with such a great company!!!! Congrats on 60
years!!!!!

Ten years ago I started a community mental health program with a
grant. I was new to both community health care and management. I found a Label
we had used in the hospital and the Briggs name was on it so I called and got a
catalogue. I was pleasantly surprised to find Briggs was more than just
labels.... I had the pleasure of working with some great associates with Briggs
that not only made finding supplies easy but helped me to order and alerted me
to savings tips. I I was greatful and used Briggs for 10 years and now I am
starting up with another new agency in Alabama... i will definitely encourage
